2. Who can buy

3. Products and availability

We sell watches, jewellery and bags. Descriptions, images and prices may change without notice, and we may limit or discontinue any item at any time.

4. Orders

An order confirmation is not yet an acceptance. We may cancel an order in case of stock error, pricing error or suspected fraud, and in that case you are refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and include taxes when the law of your country requires it. Payments are processed by our providers; we never store your card details.

6. Shipping, returns and privacy

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund Policy, and personal data by our Privacy Policy. Together with these terms, they form our agreement with you.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including texts, images and design, belongs to Lumière and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by the law applicable to you, Lumière is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the store. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of your own country of residence, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
